A 500-employee garment manufacturing plant needed to digitise HR operations — replacing manual attendance registers, Excel payroll sheets and paper leave forms with a unified, compliance-ready HRMS.
The Challenge
The unit ran three shifts across two factory floors with varying wage structures (daily wage, fixed salary and piece-rate workers). Monthly payroll took 4–5 days to compute manually with frequent errors in ESI/PF deduction. Labour department audits required attendance records going back 3 years — paper registers were incomplete.
