Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong background in project management and Agile frameworks to streamline delivery workflows across our software engineering and consulting teams. You will ensure projects run smoothly from discovery to deployment, manage client communications, remove engineering bottlenecks, and optimize operational processes across our enterprise banking, healthcare, and SaaS solution delivery lines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings
Act as Scrum Master across cross-functional engineering and consulting teams to remove blockers
Manage client communications, scope alignment, delivery timelines, and status reporting
Standardize internal delivery workflows, documentation, operational metrics, and resource allocation
Track project risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality releases
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Project Management or Technical Delivery within software/tech companies
Scrum Master Certification: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master)
Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering or client-facing projects
Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have (Preferred)

Prior domain experience in Banking/Fintech or Healthcare/Hospital systems is highly preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP certification
Technical background or past experience as a software engineer/analyst
Exposure to international clients across India, the GCC, SE Asia, or Africa regions
