Role Overview

You will own how code reaches production. That means building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure, automating the boring parts, and making sure the Nirvaki platform stays available while we ship changes weekly. You will work directly with developers, not behind a ticket queue — and you will have real authority over the deployment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and database changes
  • Manage Linux servers, containers and cloud resources (AWS / OCI)
  • Automate provisioning, configuration and routine maintenance
  • Own monitoring, alerting and log aggregation; respond to production incidents
  • Implement backup, restore and disaster-recovery procedures — and test them
  • Harden environments: TLS, secrets management, access control, patching
  • Write runbooks so any engineer can act at 2 AM, not just you
Requirements
  • 3+ years in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering
  • Strong Linux administration and shell scripting
  • Hands-on with Docker; working knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Experience with Git-based CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins)
  • Comfortable with nginx, MySQL/PostgreSQL and PHP or Node.js deployments
  • Calm, methodical approach to production incidents
Nice to Have
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Cloud certification (AWS / OCI / Azure)
  • Exposure to BFSI or regulated environments
