Role Overview

You will work on modernizing, customizing, and integrating core banking engines for our financial institution clients across India, the GCC, East Asia, and Africa. Prior experience with platforms like Oracle FLEXCUBE or Temenos (T24/Transact) is preferred. However, if you have strong problem-solving skills with Java, Spring, and Oracle PL/SQL, prior banking experience is NOT required — we provide comprehensive training on core banking domains to developers with strong technical fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain core banking modules, interfaces, and backend logic
Build robust microservices and backend APIs using Java and Spring / Spring Boot
Write and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and database scripts
Integrate core banking solutions (FLEXCUBE, Temenos) with payment gateways, clearing systems, and third-party APIs
Troubleshoot complex operational issues, transaction failures, and performance bottlenecks
Participate in technical discussions with enterprise banking clients to analyze requirements and map solutions

Requirements

Strong problem-solving mindset, logical reasoning, and analytical skills
Solid hands-on programming expertise in Java and Spring / Spring Boot framework
Strong working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, relational database design, and query optimization
Experience consuming and designing RESTful APIs and enterprise integration flows
Clear written and verbal technical communication
Freshers and transitioners welcomed: Candidates with no banking experience but strong Java & PL/SQL capabilities are encouraged to apply

Nice to Have (Preferred)

Direct hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE/Banking Solution or Temenos
Familiarity with banking protocols, ISO 20022, SWIFT, or payment clearing workflows
Understanding of WebLogic / JBoss app servers and Linux shell scripting
Exposure to message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS
